You will be supported and coached by qualified mountain guides who will supervise and help you through any specific sticking points you have with your favourite sports and help you stretch your abilities in a comfortable manner to reach new achievements!

Adventure Plan
Day 1 - Collect clients from pre-organised location.
Day 2 - Bouldering in Langdale/Borrowdale/Kentmere
Day 3 - Climbing in Langdale/Borrowdale
Day 4 - Canyoning in the Lake District/Yorkshire Dales
Day 5 - Caving in the Yorkshire Dales
Day 6 (morning) - Hiking in the Lake District
(afternoon) - Return to drop off location.

What is included in the participation fee (Please note that variations can happen due to weather, number of participants and coaches’ availability. You will be given a detailed week plan on you arrival)
- Transfer from the pick-up point to the accommodation.

The Lake District is best reached via train, with access made easy by the use of the West
Coast Mainline - with the best pick-up station being Oxenholme (c.3 hrs from London
Euston, c. £100 for 1-month open return) or Penrith (c.3hrs.30 from London Euston, c.
£120 for 1-month open return)
Using a people carrier we will collect adventurers from train station.

Sports Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend you to purchase a Sports Travel Insurance.
Sports Travel insurance will provide cover for the whole time that you are on a trip away from home. It will cover you for any general travel issues, plus any issues related to the chosen sport(s). Cover is provided for your chosen sport, plus all other sports in the same sports group or lower groups. Policies can be Single trip or Annual multi-trip - Annual policies allow multiple single trips of up to 90 days each. There are 3 levels of cover available to choose from which allow you to select how much cover you require for cancellation, baggage, sports equipment etc.
