Important Update on No Boundaries Operations


Dear No Boundaries Community,


As you may know, No Boundaries has been fostering a community of outdoor enthusiasts since 2017. Throughout these years, we have created a network where many friendships have blossomed and unforgettable adventures have unfolded.


Despite the challenges posed by the COVID pandemic, it was your loyal support that allowed us to succeed and grow. When I took over as director in November 2022, I was committed to nurturing this vibrant community, and together, we have accomplished much.


However, recent months have introduced significant challenges. We have faced rising costs from our suppliers, necessitating an increase in our prices earlier this year. Additionally, we have encountered issues with the misuse of our programs, such as Activity Testers, where the terms and conditions were not fully adhered to by a segment of our members. This has led to a number of unfounded reviews, chargebacks, and legal claims. These combined factors have placed considerable strain on our operations


Given these issues, it is with a heavy heart that I announce the closure of No Boundaries. We can no longer sustain the level of value and accessibility that has been at the heart of our mission. We are currently exploring future options, including potential sale of the business.
